How do I know if BuildWell is right for me?BuildWell is for solopreneurs and small business owners who are looking for structure and support to build a successful business with a clear and consistent brand. What is included in the BuildWell membership?BuildWell is a digital membership with Monthly strategy and coaching lessons to build and grow your business well. Live Group Q&A with Eloise once a month to answer all of your questions. On-demand self-paced courses to help you share your brand: Canva, Email Marketing with Flodesk, Content Strategy, Social Media Planning, Brand Message, Brand Photography/Videography and more! One private virtual coaching session with Eloise during the year. Discounts and first access to all of our in-person workshops and retreats. Access to bonus content including checklists, templates, technical and product recommendations, and more.

What is the financial investment?The financial investment is $1950 - 2160/year. If you pay one payment at the beginning of the membership, you will pay $1950 and save $210. We also offer a 12-month payment plan at $180/month (equals $2160/year). One quality online course anywhere else can be $2000 alone. And coaching can be $125-$250/hour. We know this is an investment in yourself but we promise it will be worth every dollar as you will be receiving 5+ courses, group coaching, monthly strategy lessons, accountability, support, and one individual session with Eloise during the year (worth $500 alone).

What is the time investment?In this program, you will get what you put in. Eloise's goal is for you to spend 1-3 hours a month in the membership. Some months you will want to dedicate more time if your are taking a course that interests you. To get something out of the membership, you will need to set aside 20-30 minutes at the start of each month to watch the monthly strategy lesson and plan your priorities. Later in the month you will want to join the 1 hour Live Q&A for group coaching. Then, reserve some space on your calendar for the courses you want to complete and set boundaries to protect that time for business building. Commit to learning something new each month and implementing what you learn in your business moving forward.

What if I have an established business or brand but I'm not getting the results I want?BuildWell can help you to diagnose why you are off course and redirect you. It's likely, after starting this program, that you'll want to change some of your strategies, update your brand messaging, or even refresh your business model but you do not need to start from scratch; we'll take everything you've already completed and refine your approach so you can optimize your personal results.

How do the lessons work?Each lesson is delivered as a series of instructional videos that may be supplemented by a digital workbook from our learning library to take you step-by-step through the process described in the videos. You’ll complete all of the lessons in a course and all of the steps in the workbook at your own pace.

Can I get a physical copy the BuildWell content?BuildWell is not a book; it is a comprehensive system for building a successful business. Please keep in mind that all materials are delivered digitally in video and e-document format (compatible with Windows/Mac/Android). At this time BuildWell is only available in digital format. You will have open access to our learning library with workbooks for each step in the process. You can print the entire bundle and have it bound or keep it in a 3-ring binder, or you can print just the pages you need.

How soon after purchasing will I receive my product?BuildWell will open in January of each year. It will be delivered digitally through our online course portal. The confirmation should arrive at the email address you provide during checkout within 5-10 minutes of your purchase. We will email you with details and instructions for accessing your membership portal before the membership launches.

What is the return policy?When you first begin your membership, you will have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Simply email us to request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue the refund to the original method of payment. For monthly paying members, after your first month, we do not offer any refunds but you can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged again. For members who choose the annual (discounted) rate, no refunds will be given after 14 days but you can cancel at any time before your next annual invoice.

Can I pause my membership?Annual Members cannot pause their membership. 2024 .eloise. design co clients may request to 'pause' their membership in cases of personal matters or illness for up to 60 days. During a pause, the member will not have access to any membership resources. A request to pause a membership should be made to our team along with your requested date to resume the membership.

Eloise started her business as a solopreneur and knows what it means to start small. She now leads a team of four professionals who have served 100's of small businesses.
In nine years she has won the awards, secured the big retainer clients, started a second business, and is now focused on small business teaching.
She has partnered with Auburn University on multiple branding projects, taught as an Adjunct Professor in multiple majors over 9+ years, and co-produced an online course.
She serves on multiple boards and committees in the Auburn, Alabama area focused on small business growth.
She is an experienced speaker and teacher, speaking to universities, colleges, chamber of commerces, the SBA, incubators, non-profits, and small businesses.

There is a great need for strategic, kind, and intentional professionals who will help small businesses share their brand through marketing, advertising, design, and photography.
